Anon: Code Geass Weeaboo
All righty, first post here. Let’s get this over with and see how this turns out.
The beginning of this story started around 6th grade. As far as it concerned me, there was only one weeaboo in entire middle school. She always stood out from the crowd with her horrible impersonations of Miku Hatsune (Hatsune Miku, Miku-san, whatever. I don’t really care what you call her), cat ears, all the normal weeaboo stuff. What made it worse was that she was one of my best friends.
BIG mistake on my part.
Anyway, onto the real story.
Generally, I liked her. For the sake of protecting her name (and protecting myself) I’ll call her Ange. She was…not exactly the prettiest. Wore a shirt that said something about Hetalia: Axis Powers and a bag with one of the characters on it. At first, it didn’t bother me too much because I don’t care about looks. We had a lot in common like, an interest in anime, a tendency to say random Jap words, blah blah blah, all that good stuff. Thank God for Urban Dictionary and KnowYourMeme. Once I found what weeaboo meant, I backed off and gradually become normal.
Ange? NO. I showed her what the meaning of weeaboo was on the internet, and she completely lost it. Ange had a 25-minute conversation (that felt like a friggin hour) with me about how the Japan is a country sent from heaven and anime/mangas are their connection to the outside world.
Eventually, we started talking less and contacted each other less and less. But that was okay, because I can always hang out with other friends.
Fast forward to 7th grade, start of the 1st trimester.
Happily eating unheathy lunch from the school cafeteria with friends. Same old. But from across the lunch room, I hear:
“Hey! Get out of our seats or face the power of Geass, you BAKAS!
Me and a few of my friends were just laughing our asses off and then Ange sees me. She walks over and hits me with a giant ass textbook. Lovely. When my head was down cringing from the pain, Ange places her hand over her left eye and when I look up, she something like: Rurushu via burtiania gameshinu, SHINE! It wasn’t until later that a found out it was from the subbed Code Geass.
Well, that’s just great, she embarrassed me in front of the majority of the school. That’s great.
2 days later, walking down the hall minding my business when suddenly Ange walks in front of me to tell me something.
“Konichiwa *my name here*-san!” “What do you want from me?”

“Your face.”
Dead serious, she pulls out a knife and runs towards me. Luckily, my A.D.H.D kicks in and I impulsively move the side and as she passes me, I trip her. (OK, I was laughing a little bit.)
I was pretty freaked out, so I ran to the office, scared as fuck and always looking behind me just in case she managed to get up, and talked to the principal.
Turns out, she said she wanted my face because I look like the main character from Code Geass. Funny, because I don’t have his yellowish skin. I’m more tan only because I’m Filipino.
Never talked to her again.
